After successfully obtaining dismissal of Plaintiff’s federal Section 1983 claims with the United States District Court, Northern District of New York, April J. Laws moved the New York State Supreme Court, St. Lawrence County, for complete summary judgment. Thereafter, the Court dismissed all of Plaintiff’s remaining state law claims. Plaintiff has filed a Notice of Appeal with the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department.
