Kelsey v. County of Schoharie

Kelsey v. County of Schoharie, 567 F.3d 54, 2009 U.S. App. LEXIS 10985 (2d Cir. 2009)
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit accepted Defendants’ qualified immunity appeal in an inmate class action case and reversed the District Court’s denial of Defendants’ motion for complete summary judgment and confirmed the County’s argument that the observed clothing exchange procedure did not constitute an unlawful strip search, thus dismissing the action.
