In this action to seek monetary reimbursement for unused sick time pursuant to a long-expired City Resolution, April Laws and Gregg Johnson obtained dismissal of the action based upon the Plaintiff’s failure to pursue her claim through an Article 78 proceeding. This motion was made prior to the commencement of discovery.
