The federal court for the Northern District of New York granted in part the motion for summary judgment filed by April Laws on behalf of the County, dismissing all of Plaintiff’s federal claims (First Amendment Retaliation, Procedural Due Process, Equal Protection/Disparate Treatment, and Monell), and the Court declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining State Court claims.
