Plaintiff appealed the dismissal of his Complaint to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit. At the Second Circuit, Plaintiff advanced claims under the Fourth, Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments against individual County Defendants-Appellees. Our team defended Defendants-Appellees on appeal and, on September 30, 2020, the Second Circuit affirmed the lower court’s dismissal of the Complaint.
