After filing various Notices of Claim against the City of Oneonta, Plaintiff filed a Complaint and subsequently an Amended Complaint in NYS Supreme Court for the County of Otsego advancing claims of malicious prosecution and unlawful imprisonment; property damage; and punitive damages against the Defendant City. After a series of motions, appeals, and attempts at discovery, our team filed a Motion to Dismiss for failure to prosecute, which was granted by the Otsego County Supreme Court on August 5, 2019, dismissing the action.
