On August 13, 2019, the federal district court for the Northern District of New York granted in part Gregg Johnson’s partial motion to dismiss Plaintiff’s federal law claims and for summary judgment on Plaintiff’s state law claims. In his Complaint against a City and its Police Department, Plaintiff asserted various civil rights claims resulting from use of force by police. As a result of the motion, all of Plaintiff’s claims against the City were dismissed.
