The federal court for the Northern District of NY granted Defendants’ motion for summary judgment, dismissing pro se prisoner’s civil rights case for failure to exhaust; and denied Plaintiff’s cross-motion for summary judgment. This decision was appealed by Plaintiff to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals which granted Defendants’ motion to dismiss the appeal (18-2844). Plaintiff subsequently filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States. By notice dated November 25, 2019, the Supreme Court denied Plaintiff’s petition.
