Complainant filed a Complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights (“SDHR”) alleging violations of the New York State Human Rights Law (“HRL”) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 against Warren County, Complainant’s former employer. Our team submitted a position statement and answer on behalf of the County. Upon completion of the SDHR’s investigation, the SDHR issued a “No Probable Cause” determination and dismissed the Complaint.
