Complainant filed two Complaints with the New York State Division of Human Rights (“SDHR”) alleging violations of the New York State Human Rights Law (“HRL”) for discrimination and retaliation against the City of Norwich, Complainant’s former employer. April J. Laws submitted a position statement and answer on behalf of the City. Upon completion of the SDHR’s investigation, the SDHR issued a “No Probable Cause” determination and dismissed both Complaints.
