On February 25, 2020, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York granted Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment drafted by our team, thereby dismissing pro se Plaintiff’s Amended Complaint, including claims pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for alleged violations of Plaintiff’s First, Fifth, Seventh, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights. The case has since been appealed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
