Complainant submitted a Complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights (“SDHR”), alleging claims of disability discrimination under the New York State Human Rights Law (“HRL”). Our team submitted a position statement and answer on behalf of Malone Central School District. On May 5, 2020, the DHR dismissed the Complaint, agreeing with Respondent that Complainant’s claims were time-barred pursuant to the applicable statute of limitations.
