Following an interaction with multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Department, Plaintiff filed suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York seeking monetary damages for alleged violations of his constitutional rights. Subsequently, our team filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c), 41(b), and 37(b) or, alternatively, for summary judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56, which was granted by the Court. Plaintiff has elected not to appeal the decision.
