Seeking monetary damages for alleged violations of her constitutional rights during an interaction with multiple law enforcement agencies including the Town of Plattekill Police Department, Plaintiff filed suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. After significant discovery, including numerous depositions, our team filed a motion for summary judgment pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56, which was granted by the Court. Plaintiff has elected not to appeal the decision.
