This pro se Plaintiff filed suit in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York seeking monetary damages for alleged violations of his constitutional rights while incarcerated at the Clinton County Correctional Facility. After the case was transferred to the Northern District Court, our team filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b), 37(b), and 37(d) and Northern District Local Rules 10.1(c) and 41.2(b), which was granted by the Court. Plaintiff has elected not to appeal the decision.
