During protracted discovery, April Laws obtained adverse admissions from Plaintiff and moved for summary judgment at the close of discovery. The United States District Court for the Northern District of New York evaluated Plaintiff’s allegations of excessive use of force, false arrest, and unreasonable search and seizure when deciding City Defendants’ motion for summary judgment, and dismissed all claims as a matter of law. Plaintiff elected not to appeal this decision.
