April Laws moved to dismissed Plaintiff Davison’s three separate, simultaneous state court actions against the City of Gloversville alleging claims of defamation, fifth and sixth amendment constitutional violations, and excessive force. Plaintiff’s actions were dismissed as a result of Defendant’s pre answer motion to dismiss.
