April Laws obtained complete summary judgment on a case where Plaintiff alleged that he was the victim of excessive force at the time of his arrest. The Court held that excessive force was not used against Plaintiff and that the officers involved were entitled to qualified immunity. Plaintiff did not perfect an appeal challenging the order of the district court.
