Petitioner brought a Petition by Order to Show Cause, seeking a preliminary injunction preventing the Town of Jefferson from enforcing its short-term rental law. April Laws moved to dismiss the Petition and the Schoharie County Supreme Court denied the relief requested in the Order to Show Cause. As a result, Petitioner voluntarily discontinued the action.
