April Laws obtained complete summary judgment on a negligence action where Plaintiff, an inmate who engaged in a physical altercation with another inmate resulting in an injury, claimed that his injury could have been prevented. The Court found that there was no triable question of fact and that Defendant was not liable for Plaintiff’s injury. Plaintiff has appealed this decision.
