Plaintiff commenced this civil rights action on June 22, 2020, alleging violations of his constitutional rights in connection with an April 2018 arrest in Schenectady, New York. Gregg Johnson filed a successful motion for complete summary judgment which was granted by the Northern District of New York and the Complaint was dismissed in its entirety prior to trial.
