Gregg Johnson obtained complete summary judgment in a case filed by Plaintiff Eric Lynch asserting claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 arising out of his incarceration. Plaintiff initially filed the case in state court; our team successfully removed the case to federal court and disposed of Plaintiff’s claims prior to trial.
