April Laws filed a pre-answer motion to dismiss Plaintiffs’ claims of negligence and breach of fiduciary duty as a result of work Plaintiffs had performed by a third-party contractor on their home. Plaintiffs’ Complaint was dismissed in its entirety as against the Town of Cambridge and Plaintiffs did not appeal that decision.
