April Laws moved to dismiss the federal Complaint brought by Plaintiffs who asserting three causes of action for violations of their Second Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment due process rights, because of the confiscation of their firearms. The Court dismissed the Complaint and Plaintiffs did not appeal.
