Complainant filed a Complaint with the New York State Division of Human Rights alleging employment discrimination on the basis of sex, age, disability, familial status and a pregnancy-related condition. Our team submitted a position statement and answer requesting dismissal of all claims and was successful. Complainant did not appeal the administrative decision.
