Deanna Giroux

Deanna GirouxMs. Deanna R. Giroux was raised in Ellenton, Florida, and now resides in Saratoga County, New York. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the State University of New York at Albany in 2020, before earning her J.D. at Albany Law School in 2025. During law school, Ms. Giroux completed extensive pro bono work through the Edward J. Swyer Justice Center’s Family Violence Litigation Clinic, supporting survivors and gaining hands-on experience in family law and advocacy.

Ms. Giroux began her career at Johnson & Laws, LLC as a law clerk in September 2022. As an attorney, Ms. Giroux concentrates her practice in civil litigation in the areas of employment law, education law, civil rights law, land use, constitutional torts and municipal law, where she appears before the state courts and administrative bodies, appellate courts, and federal court.

Prior to joining Johnson & Laws, Ms. Giroux served as a litigation paralegal in the field of personal injury, with a concentration on products liability, defective medical devices, and pharmaceutical products, supporting counsel in the representation of clients involved in multi-district litigations.

In her spare time, Ms. Giroux enjoys reading, baking, and relaxing with her family and dog.
